Where can I find Rigol DS1052E 50 MHz Digital Oscilloscope with 2 channels plus USB storage and connectivity and 1 GSa/sec sampling Great scope at a breakthrough priceBy D. LeeperI'm a retired PhD electrical engineer with 40 years experience. I'm also an old 'lab rat' who's collected a fair bit of vintage test gear in my garage lab and ham radio "shack". This Rigol 1052E oscilloscope is so good that I'm thinking of donating (or just recycling) the three old analog scopes that I now own.The Rigol is light and portable, and for the price, it is truly amazing. For a digital scope to perform well, its sampling frequency should be at least 8 times that of the highest significant frequency component present in the waveform under test. With a 1 GHz sampling speed, this scope covers the advertised 50 MHz input bandwidth with room to spare. It takes a little practice to use it to best advantage, especially if you're used to traditional analog scopes. But it does a whole lot more because of its storage and math computation capabilities. There's no way to cover it all in this short space. But if you're thinking of buying a scope covering up to 50 ... »
