I just got Harper Trucks PGDYK1635PO Nylon Convertible Hand Truck Packaging was TERRIBLE, but...By L. rameySo, as mentioned in another review, the packaging was horendous...almost funny as you have to wonder how in the world do they stay in business. There were very few scratches. Anyway, I used this hand truck during a move and it worked great. It's not like a 'heavy duty' hand truck and is made of that hard plastic material but nonetheless it was durable and handled a washer and dryer very well. Tires didn't have enough air in them when delivered.
