Plugged it in and ran it for a short time, runs and sounds like my original 7336. I'm sure it will work every bit as well. The 7336 has been my primary heavy sander for 17 years now and I just replaced the brushes. I'm not expecting this one to last as long since it is made in China, we'll see.
